- Is there a minimum amount of time I have to rent?
Not here. Rent for a month, for years, or anything in between. Month-to-month rentals let you stay as long as you need without worrying about breaking a lease or paying early termination fees.
- When can I access my storage unit?
You can get to your storage unit from 6 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week.
- Do I need to provide my own lock?
No need, we have you covered. When you move in, you’ll find an industry-approved disc lock waiting in your storage unit. Make sure to bring along scissors or a knife to open the package when you move in. The lock is yours to keep when you move out!
- What happens once I’ve rented a storage unit online?
You’ll be able to pay for your first month and sign your lease agreement without visiting in person. After that, you’ll get an email confirmation with a gate code and instructions on how to move in. The email also walks you through personalizing your gate code. The storage unit you’re renting will have a blue tag on it that you can remove and a disc lock inside. Move in at your convenience, and remember to bring along scissors or a knife to open the disc lock packaging!
- How do I move out?
Give us a 14-day notice that you’re ready to move out so you aren’t charged for another month. After that, you can move your belongings out and give your unit a good sweep. Open the door to your unit and take a picture of the empty unit, then text it to our office. You’re good to go after that!
