How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call us for assistance.

Does there have to be someone on site to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How do I make a payment?

You have the option to make payments using a credit card through the website. For added convenience, you can also enroll in autopay. If you would rather pay by check or money order, you can mail the payment to 50 North Hulett Rd., Villa, GA 30180.

When is my payment due?

Payments are due on the first day of each month. If payment has not been received by the 8th day of the month door access will be denied. If payment has not been received by the 10th day of the month you will be charged a late fee.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport). Simply take a picture of your photo ID and text it to 770-328-4503 or email

What is the process to move out?

We kindly request a 5-day notice before you move-out. When your unit is vacant, simply leave the door open and share a photo of the empty unit to 770-328-4503 – making sure the unit number is visible.  We will promptly proceed with your move-out process.

Do I have to rent online?

Online Rentals are for your convenience and available 24 /7. We welcome your call or text (770-328-4503) or your email

When can I move in?

If there is a storage or parking space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in upon the completion of our online lease, during normal access hours. Normal access hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

How can I change my gate pass code?

Please log into your online account to update your personal information. There, you will see that you can change your gate code. Be sure that the new code is a 6-digit code.
